FOBA stands for Fran's Organic Bodycare & Apothecary, named after the founder, Fran Ngong. FOBA is Baltimore's first Common Goods Refillery, proudly serving the Fells Point / Harbor East community. Our mission is simple: eliminate single-use plastic pollution while making sustainable living accessible and affordable.
